At Grimmsbrook, each cookie is crafted fresh-to-order during our exclusive Monthly Bake Window to ensure peak enchantment and quality.

Our Monthly Bake Window runs from the 2nd to the 5th of each month.

Local Delivery

Local orders are delivered Monday through Saturday during our Monthly Bake Window. If the Bake Window dates fall on a Sunday or holiday, baking and delivery shift to the following Monday or the next non-holiday weekday.

* The Custom Grimmsbrook Cookie Box is available exclusively for local delivery within a 15-mile radius of our kitchen. Pickup is not available for this product.

To keep your cookies fresh and magical:

• Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2–3 weeks. We recommend enjoying them within the first 2–3 days of receiving them.
• For longer enjoyment, freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
• To prevent the cookies from drying out, do not store them in the refrigerator.
• When storing different flavors together, consider separating strongly flavored cookies (like mint or peanut butter) to prevent flavors from mingling.

Due to the custom, freshly baked nature of this product, all pre-orders are final once placed. We’re unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds.

Our Monthly Bake & Delivery Window is designed to ensure the freshest quality and to reduce waste. When you pre-order, you reserve a place in our baking schedule and secure ingredients and production time exclusively for your order.
