Monthly Bake & Delivery Window
All orders are baked and delivered between the 2nd and 5th of the month. If these dates fall on a Sunday or holiday, baking and delivery shift to the next non-holiday weekday.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery rates and times are based on your location, using either zip code or distance (miles) from our kitchen. While we strive to deliver your cookies with punctuality, occasional delays may occur due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Local delivery is available only within a 15-mile radius of our kitchen.
Shipment processing times
All nationwide orders are prepared during our monthly bake window, which runs from the 2nd to the 5th of each month. If these dates fall on a Friday, weekend, or holiday, baking and shipping will shift to the following Monday or the next non-holiday weekday.
Orders are not shipped on Fridays or weekends to ensure your cookies arrive at their freshest and most magical. During periods of high demand, shipment may be delayed by a few days — if there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your Orders are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and location and will be displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: Complimentary on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Express Shipping: Faster delivery options available at checkout.

appear at checkout for each express option. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
We currently do not offer international shipping. At this time, orders can only be placed and delivered within the United States. We appreciate your interest in Grimmsbrook and look forward to expanding our shipping capabilities in the future.
www.grimmsbrook.com does not ship to addresses in U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
www.grimmsbrook.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
