At Grimmsbrook, we use only the finest ingredients in our cookies. Our recipes are crafted with care, using high-quality unbleached flour, European style butter, cane sugar, and premium Belgian chocolate. Read our nutrition facts for detailed information about the ingredients we use.
Our cookies are made with zero preservatives and will stay fresh in their original unopened packaging for about 3-5 days. After, one week the cookies are still safe to eat, but will begin to lose their fresh flavor and quality. Any uneaten cookies either still in their original packaging or stored in an air tight container should be discarded after 2 weeks. Read our care and storage instructions for full information.
At this time we do not have the capability to offer a mix and match or custom order option. This is something we plan to do in the near future, so consider following us on social media and subscribing to our newsletter email list for updates.

Shipping Questions
We offer complimentary Standard shipping on all orders. If you choose Express delivery at checkout, the cost will depend on where you are located. All orders shipped and delivered to Illinois zip codes within zone 0 are shipped via Express mail at no cost. Click here to learn more.
All orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days depending on order volume. Please read our Shipping Policy for more information.
Depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout, you can expect delivery within 3-4 days for Standard shipping and 1-2 days for Express. Please note that exact delivery dates may not always be accurate, as delays can occur, especially during busy holidays and seasons. If you intend to place an order as a gift for a special occasion, we recommend placing your order at least 7 days before your desired date of arrival.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Once the payment on your order is made and complete, we cannot reimburse you. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.
Grimmsbrook is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions: Unopened Package: The package must be unopened. Proof of Damage: Please send pictures of the damaged goods and packaging materials to support@grimmsbrook.com.
